PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:
*Once the availability is confirmed, we will email you an invoice that requires a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your rental. The remainder of the balance must be paid 48 hours before pick up. If you cancel your rental, for any reason, within 48 hours of your event, you will not receive a refund of any paid deposits.
*We require a minimum $100 security deposit for all rental orders. The larger the order, the larger the security deposit. You will know the security deposit amount at the time of booking. The security deposit can be paid in cash or via zelle upon pickup of rental items. This deposit will be returned to you upon successful return of all rental items reserved.
*You are responsible for returning rental items in the exact condition that they were given to you. You will incur a fee of 50% of the rental cost per item for any items that are returned excessively dirty, stained, damaged or broken. This fee will be taken from your initial security deposit. Any remaining balance will be returned to you. Any fee in excess of the security deposit will be billed to you upon return of your rental items and is due immediately.
*Rentals will incur a late fee of 25% of the rental cost per item per day past the agreed upon return date. This fee will be taken from your initial security deposit. Any remaining balance will be returned to you. Any fee in excess of the security deposit will be billed to you upon return of your rental items and is due immediately.
