PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:

*Once our availability is confirmed, we will email you an invoice that requires a 50% non-refundable booking fee within 24 hours to secure your selected date. The remaining balance must be paid atleast 72 hours before your event. All payments are final. If you have to cancel your scheduled event, we will work with you to reschedule to another date, pendiong our availability. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled event start time, you will not receive a refund of any payments, nor will you be able to reschedule a new date. 

 

*Mother Nature can be a pain but we will do our best to accommodate. We have had to move locations or change dates due to weather. If that looks like it may affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance of your picnic to discuss your options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to bad weather (Precipitation).

* Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions in the above form so that we can make your charcuterie board(s) appropriately.
